Towcester based ENTiVA Systems Ltd has won a second round of investment from a local private investor.
The company, which has received ongoing support from Connect Midlands, received £70k, which helped it finalise the development of its product and begin selling units. ENTiVA is aiming to tap in to the growing mobile leisure industry as market conditions continue to pick up.
ENTiVA’s innovative space saving system combines audio-visual, internet and security needs into one small box, using wireless connectivity to enable users to watch TV, email, browse the internet, make VOIP calls, chat online, download and store media, view live video (security) and use GPS location.
Simon Coe, Development Director at ENTiVA commented; “We have been seeking investment to build the business further and Connect Midlands’ input has been invaluable, especially with regards to the financial side where they have introduced and even helped fund the appointment of an interim Financial Director. In hindsight I wish we had got involved with Connect sooner to be honest.”
Paul Jenkinson, Regional Manager for Connect Midlands added; “Simon and the team have raised investment at a crucial time, as the country begins to pull itself out of recession. We look forward to seeing the fruits of their efforts as the company continues to develop. We are always looking for companies, like ENTiVA, with the commitment and drive required to raise funding and grow their business.” |
